Terms & Conditions

Upon booking, entering and/or using A1 Badminton Centre venue or facilities, you acknowledge and admit to the following terms and conditions.

General

Food/drinks of any kind are not permitted on the court at any point.

Smoking and/or alcohol consumption is prohibited at the venue.

Customers are to remove all garbage from court prior to exiting the court.

Customers with any condition, injury or illness should let the staff on-site know upon entry.

Customers allow A1 Badminton to administer any kind of medical assistance as seen necessary and agree to take responsibility of all related costs.

Animals and/or pets are not allowed at the venue.

Customers are suggested to wear sports attire and footwear at all times.

Regardless of being on or off, the court shirts must be worn.

Children should be under adult supervision so that they do not wander to nearby courts.

Use of cameras and other recording equipment is not permitted at the venue or facility unless allowed by management.

All entrants acknowledge that they are exposed to certain risks when using the facilities, including but not limited to physical injury. A1 Badminton Centre accepts no responsibility for any injury, loss or damage suffered by any person entering the facility. To the extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless A1 Badminton Centre and its employees, representatives and agents from and against any and all losses, liabilities, expenses, claims, demands, suits and damages whatsoever and howsoever resulting from or in connection with an entrant’s use of A1 Badminton Centre facilities.

Conditions of entry

The venue requires all entrants to behave in a proper manner and follow the lawful directions given to them. There will be no exceptions to this policy. Inappropriate behavior may require legal action where necessary. Management holds the right to deny entry of anyone or ask a customer to leave at any point from the venue.

Playing over time / Empty courts

Failure to finish play at the designated time will result in additional charges at an hourly basis. If the court is vacant, customers may extend the booking until the end of their scheduled time by hourly payments.

Cancellation & Refund

Court bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the date of their scheduled court appearance. Failure to do will to do so will exclude them from a refund.

All refund requests would be reviewed on a case by case basis. Bonus credits are neither refundable nor transferable and the management reserves the right to deduct the bonus credits from the final refund (if any).

A1 Badminton reserves the right to make changes to any booking if required.

Credit Validity

Court bookings can be made through prepaid credit, which has a minimum validity of 90 days. The balance would be reset once the validity period has expired. Customers must ensure the correct credit purchase on recharge.

Security/surveillance cameras

Due to security cameras being installed all over the venue, customers acknowledge that they may be filmed at any point at the venue.

Damage

Any damage caused to the facilities or property of A1 Badminton Centre by an entrant is subject to the management’s decision.

Personal property

Customers are responsible for all their own belongings. A1 Badminton Centre is not responsible for the loss or damage of their own items.

Coaching

Only A1 Badminton Centre approved coaching and training sessions are allowed at our facilities. No personnel other than approved are allowed to prove any lessons.

Privacy policy

We only store and use the information that is necessary to perform the services that we offer. Your information is not shared with any third party and is not accessible by anyone other than management.

Conflict resolution

Customers are requested to contact the management if you feel unfairly treated at our venue/facility. Please email admin@aibadminton.com.au
